Mould for concrete blocks are used in concrete block machines. Therefore, the molds must be suitable for the machine they are installed on. So what are the connection methods of mould for concrete block?

Mould for concrete block consists of two parts, the lower mold and the upper mold.There are three different ways to connect the upper mold to the machine.

The first is to use standard bolts or nuts. This connection method is a common connection method for mould for concrete block. The upper mold is fixed to the machine connection platform by bolts or nuts. It is popular because of its low cost and easy to find manufacturing method and connection equipment. This connection method is suitable for primary and intermediate machine systems.

The second is through pneumatic connection. Pneumatic connection is based on the principle of fixing the upper mold to the machine mold platform by a clamp driven by a pneumatic bellows. Systems for quick mold change are used for mid-section and upper section concrete block machines.

The third is hydraulic connection. The principle of this connection is that the upper die is fixed to the machine die platform by a centering pin via a clamp driven by a hydraulic piston.
